Transport

TRAIN:  Bray is accessible from either Dublin City Centre or Greystones by DART, Dublin’s commuter train.  With up to 4 trains per hour from Dublin and one per hour from Greystones, this is the best transport option for participants and visitors.  Check Train schedule at irishrail.ie

BUS: 

  • Airport Transfers: 
    >  Aircoach offers hourly transfers from Dublin Airport to Bray and Greystones:  aircoach.ie
    > The 133 bus operates from Dublin Airport, Dublin City Centre, Bray, Greystones, the Glenview Hotel, Parkview Hotel, Ashford, Rathnew and Wicklow Town:  buseireann.ie/133
    > Wesford Bus operates from Dublin Airport to Wicklow Town and Arklow :  https://bookings.wexfordbus.com/Timetable.aspx?TimeTableRoute=2 
    Dublin Bus operates buses from Dublin and Newcastle in Wicklow.  Check routes and timetable at:  dublinbus.ie/BRAY 

PRIVATE CAR:

Bray offers limited car parking spaces.  It is strongly recommended to use public transport to get to Bray Seafront.  

PARK & RIDE:  Greystones offers FREE Park & Ride facilities for anyone travelling by car.  Info and location at:  parkopedia.ie/greystones/ 

TRANSPORT TO AND FROM THE EVENT ON THE 28TH OF SEPTEMBER

For those not staying in the Bray area, we recommend the following:

  • Public Transport:  Use as best as possible public transport to get to the event.  The DART train line will offer option to reach the starting line from either North and South (Arklow, Wickow Town, Greystones, Dun Laoghaire or Dublin).  The 133 Bus services Newtownmountkennedy (Parkview, Glenview).  The 185 bus connects Bray and Enniskerry
  • Private Cars:  There is limited parking in Bray, and closer to the date, we will recommend parking options in the Bray Area.  The Park & Ride in Greystones is a FREE option. 

 

GROUP TRANSPORT:
