Powerscourt Estate & Gardens

Located at the foothills of the Wicklow Mountains, Powerscourt Estate spans 47 acres of formal gardens, woodland walks and scenic vistas. It features the Italian Garden, Japanese Garden and a charming café inside Powerscourt House. 

Glendalough Monastic Site & Wicklow Mountains National Park

A combination of ancient heritage and dramatic nature — Glendalough is a 6th-century monastic site set in the heart of the Wicklow Mountains National Park, which offers trails, lakes, and wilderness exploration.

Wicklow Wolf Brewery & Taproom

Located just outside Bray, Wicklow Wolf runs guided brewery tours every Saturday afternoon at their Newtown Mount Kennedy facility. The visit includes a behind-the-scenes brewhouse tour and a tasting of their craft beers grown with locally-sourced hops.

Avondale: Beyond the Trees

This forest adventure in Wicklow offers a treetop walk, elevated boardwalk, and viewing tower 38m above the forest floor. It’s noted as one of Wicklow’s best family-friendly outdoor experiences.

Mount Usher Gardens

Located in Ashford, County Wicklow, this award-winning riverside garden features over 5,000 plant species in a broad and tranquil setting.

Glendalough Distillery

Nestled in a glacial valley of the Wicklow Mountains, Glendalough Distillery crafts luxury gin, whiskey and poitín inspired by its natural surroundings and historic monastic roots.
