Know where to refill, what to eat and what to carry. Find the stations on your course before race day. Aid stations offer water and the food and drinks below. Water stations serve water only. Distances show how far you have travelled from the start. A station may appear twice where your course visits it on the way out and back. Finish provision only Carry everything you need for your run.
